PREMAFLEX Pinch Valves – Metal Version
PREMAFLEX metal pinch valves are designed for heavy-duty industrial applications. They are particularly suitable for abrasive, viscous and solids-laden media, and their simple design makes them a reliable, low-maintenance solution for shutoff and control.
Standard PQVF pinch valves are available in nominal diameters from DN 40 to DN 200. Our cost-effective standard PQVF series pinch valves consist of a GG20 grey cast iron body with two clamping flanges, also made of GG20 grey cast iron, and a highly elastic rubber sleeve with fabric reinforcements.
The rubber sleeve is centred within the body and is held in place by clamping flanges, which press against it on both sides. Consequently, only four components and a few hexagon head screws are required to produce a fully functional PREMAFLEX pinch valve.
In addition, PREMA-SERVICE offers a range of housing and flange materials, as well as different grades of sleeve, to cater for a wide variety of applications.

Compact metal pinch valves with internal threads
PREMAFLEX PQVI Metal Pinch Valves
Our PQVI series pinch valves are available in nominal diameters DN 20 (G 3/4″) and DN 25 (G 1″). The PQVI series pinch valve consists of a housing, two clamping pieces and two union nuts, as well as a rubber sleeve. The rubber sleeve is centred within the housing and is held in place by the clamping pieces and union nuts, which compress it on both sides. This means that only six components are required for a fully functional PREMAFLEX pinch valve. The valve can be installed in any position.
