Handwheel & Spring-Return Shut-Off Valves

PREMAFLEX handwheel and spring-return shut-off valves are used wherever there is no compressed air supply or where a defined safety position is required. Spring-return valves open when compressed air is applied and close automatically in the event of a pressure failure. Handwheel valves are available in aluminium or cast iron, with flange dimensions in accordance with DIN or other standards.

Max. operating pressure:	between 2 and 10 bar (depending on size)
Material	Aluminium or cast iron with anti-corrosion protection
Flexible sleeve:	Natural rubber or synthetic elastomer grades
Flange dimensions:	in accordance with DIN 2532-ND 10 or UNI 2223-PN 10-16 Optional: in accordance with various standards
Length across flanges	in accordance with DIN 3202 F1 standards Optional: short type

Overview of spring-loaded shut-off valves (safety valves)

Size:	DN 10 to DN 250
Function:	Spring-loaded closing, compressed air opening (safety valve)
Max. operating pressure:	between 2 and 8 bar (depending on size)
Material	Aluminium or cast iron with corrosion protection
Flexible sleeve:	Natural rubber or synthetic elastomer grades
Flange dimensions:	in accordance with DIN 2532-ND 10 or UNI 2223-PN 10-16 Optional: in accordance with various standards
Length across flanges	in accordance with DIN 3202 F1 standards Optional: short type
