Many of our systems and components remain in service for long periods. We continue to provide support for products that are no longer part of our current product range, insofar as this is technically feasible.

Whether it’s spare parts, repairs, maintenance or technical modifications: we support our customers in continuing to operate their existing systems safely and cost-effectively. This demonstrates not only the durability of our technology, but also our commitment to taking responsibility beyond the original delivery date.

Thanks to our in-house workshop, we can respond flexibly to technical requirements. Modifications, repairs and bespoke solutions can be discussed directly and implemented in a practical manner.

PREMA-SERVICE offers mobile flare systems and emergency flares for temporary operations, maintenance work, plant shutdowns, refurbishments and special operational situations.

Where fixed systems are unavailable or additional capacity is required at short notice, our mobile flares enable the controlled combustion of flammable gases. We tailor the appropriate solution flexibly to the technical requirements and operating conditions on site.

Technical reliability requires more than just experience. That is why we place great importance on clear documentation, traceable tests and structured technical records.

We make our certifications, certificates and other company documents available as a single package in the downloads section. There, customers, partners and inspectors will find the relevant documents clearly organised.
