Experience PREMA technology in action

From manufacturing to on-site installation: here we provide an insight into our work, our facilities and the technical solutions offered by PREMA-SERVICE.

These sections provide a visual impression of how our components are manufactured, how mobile and stationary flare systems are used, and what solutions we implement for industrial applications.

Origins in manufacturing

This is where the components and assemblies are produced that will later be used in plants, on construction sites or in service operations. These insights show manufacturing not as a sterile setting, but as a practical working environment involving metal, tools, assembly and technical fine-tuning.

From plant components to valves and mixers, right through to bespoke solutions, the focus is always on technology that has to function in day-to-day industrial operations.

Mobile flares: set-up and use

When speed is of the essence, flexible flare technology is key. Mobile flare systems and emergency flares safeguard plants, bridge downtime and enable the controlled venting of flammable gases.

These insights show our systems not as brochure images, but being set up, connected and in actual use under real-world conditions on site.

Fixed flare systems: installation and operation

The footage shows stationary flare systems and combustion chambers from construction through to operation. It highlights assembly, installation and technical integration on construction sites and at industrial plants, as well as flares in actual use.

This gives an impression of how stationary systems are adapted to the respective operating conditions and operated safely.

PREMAFLEX pinch valves in use

PREMAFLEX pinch valves are used in a wide variety of applications – in day-to-day operations, under demanding conditions and over long periods of service. The images show the valves not as product photographs, but in their actual working environments: installed in systems, under real-world conditions and often having been in reliable service for many years.
